eSep Inc issued new stocks for the capital increase of eSep Inc as allocation of new stocks to third parties as followings:

・TOYO SCREEN KOGYO Co., Ltd, <50 stocks>

This capital participation by TOYO SCREEN KOGYO Co., Ltd expects synergy effects of our future separation business.

弊社（イーセップ株式会社）は第三者割り当て増資として、下記の通り弊社の増資新株を発行致しました。

・東洋スクリーン工業株式会社, 50株

今回の東洋スクリーン工業様の資本参加は、今後の両社の分離事業のシナジー効果を期待したものです。
